High Holidays 5785 - 2024
at Chabad of Windsor Terrace
  Message from the Rabbi

Chabad of Windsor Terrace is proudly servicing our community since 2008. Our mandate is to enhance the quality of Jewish life for you regardless of affiliation, Jewish background or level of observance.

The steady growth of our community has created a great opportunity for Jews from all types of backgrounds to forge new friendships and come together in deep meaning and happiness.

I invite you to join us this year for Rosh Hashana and Yom Kippur. Together we'll listen to the sound of the Shofar, taste the sweetness of the apple-in-honey, and bless each other with health and joy.

Let us welcome in the new year 5785 as one community, one people, one family!

Wishing you a Shanah Tovah U'metuka,
Rabbi Moshe Hecht

In the late afternoon of Rosh Hashana, the entire community joins together in a proud procession for the observance of \"Tashlich\". Representing the themes of renewal and rejuvenation, this tradition also has a way of demonstrating a spirit of communal solidarity as young and old march and sing together while en route to perform a fascinating mitzvah.
